You are a dot. Around you, there are seven circles. You are the center of these circles. Each circle is a dimension, a higher frequency. All of these circles collapse into you, your core. You are the center of the universe. The answers are not "out there". They are "in here". The first circle is the 4th dimension. This is also know as the astral plane. This is just a little higher frequency than you, we are the lowest, most dense frequency. Look around and you will know this is true. Actually, there is one lower, but that's another topic all together. Back to the astral. when we die, we leave our physical body and the first place we go is the astral plane. This level is so close to our reality, that many people here can see there. This is why people can see 'ghosts', people who have passed, floating spirits (as some of the preferred to be called). When people pass and they still have unresolved life issues, they wll hang around the astral plane until they are ready to move on. Now, you are probably more familiar than ever with this level of existence with shows like Ghost Whisperer and Medium.
This level is not heaven, trust me. It is very similar to this existence. There are many spirits there than you can't trust. That's why it is so important to know something about a psychic before you get a reading. Most psychics read from the astral plane, becuase it is the easiest one to access. But there are many liars there and they like to mess with people. Mediums communicate with spirits from this plane, this is usually very accurate when communicating with a loved one who has passed. Wonderful messages can be transmitted from this level. The astral plane is almost a parallel existence to what we have here. Some say the Mayans ascended, and I agree. I was there, at the ruins. I saw that they are living as usual in the here and now, the only difference is, we can't see them. Some of them can see us and I can see all of them. It was very odd to be walking amongst them. All they did was lift up one dimension.
How can you learn to see in the astral plane? Easy. Meditate, using the ball of light meditation. Imagine a stream of light coming in from above into the top of your head. Imagine a ball of light 6 inches above your head. Imagine leaving through the top of your head and entering the ball of light. Stay there and feel the energy. Find a place in that space that looks like a temple, this is your personal space. As you are there, watch what goes on around you. Observe, ask questions, but watch. You wil begine to see the activity and you will know that you have entered a new dimension. I almost said, you have entered the Twilight Zone. But I didn't.

The Apprentice
A few moons ago, I decided to do a past life regression on myself. I can time travel forward and back, so regressions are easy. I'm not that curious about who I was in past lives, but I go where I am guided to go in meditations and this night, I was told to do a regression.
I sat in my LazyBoy and I settled in for the trip. I focused all of my attention on the back of my head and then I stepped backward into a tunnel. I was sucked backward with such force that it nearly took my breath away! I flew backward at light speed. The motion finally slowed down and came to a stop. As soon as I could feel my feet on the floor, I slowly opened my eyes. The first thing I saw was light streaming in through large open arched windows. The room was made of stone. I looked down and saw that I was standing on a shiny (marble?) floor. I realized that I was standing in a room that may be part of a castle. This gave me an idea of the time frame. I looked straight in front of me and I saw two figures! They were two males, standing and facing each other. There was a small round table between them. The man on my right looked like Merlin, the magician! He wore a long dark blue robe, he had gray hair and a beard. The young man also wore a blue robe, but it was less elaborate, smaller somehow. He had hair that covered his ears and it reminded me of the "bowl" cut. His head was bowed.
I noticed some objects on the table. There were three objects, a crystal wand, a silver chalice and and eagle feather. As I looked at those objects, I became aware of what the meaning of the scene I was viewing was. That young man on my left was me, in a past life! This was a ceremony and I knew, telepathically, that this ceremony was the time that Merlin changed this young man from an apprentice magician to a master magician!
As those thoughts came flooding into my head, Merlin slowly turned his head and looked straight at me and said, "what are you doing here?" I was stunned for a moment. Normally in past life regressions, I actually become the person I was. That means, I go back into time, find myself and morph into the body. Then, I walk around as that person, as an observor. I know the thoughts, life, trials and lessons of me in that time. I leave and come back with the information. This is the first time, I have ever observed me as a third person. It's also the first time I've been spotted. Finally, I answered and I said, "I'm from the future. I am viewing my past life life and I am him, your apprentice". When I said that, I became part of the young man's consciousness and he was also able to see me. Merlin gave a sly grin and said, "what year are you from?". "1999", I answer. He clapped his hands together and said, "oh 1999! What a wonderful time to be alive, tell me all about 1999!". So I did. He was amused at the Y2K scare and not surprised to hear about the technology. He confirmed that this young man was indeed me, and that he had completed his apprenticeship. This ceremony was the final step. He said that the young man was one of the most gifted magicians he had ever worked with. He started to continue with the ceremony. He picked up the crystal wand, when suddenly...
RINNGGGGGG! I was suddenly jolted back into my body. I was aware of my Lazy Boy and something ringing, LOUDLY. I picked up the phone and said, "hello?" The voice said, "hi honey, it's Mom. How are you?" I was disoriented, groggy, dizzy and just plain out of it. I had a conversation wtih my Mom, I have no idea what it was about. I made a note to myself to remember to turn off the phone during meditation. I have come back from meditation and been a ltitle dazed before, but this was different, very different. So much so, that I was worried. I looked around the house, it was not familiar - at all. I didn't recognize where I lived. I knew I lived there but it was odd. After a long time, I finally thought I could stand. I got up and walked over to the TV. I took the remote and studied it. I turned the TV on and stared at the picture. Then I started to change the channel - over and over and over. I watched a few seconds of every channel in amazement. It was like I had never seen TV before, even though I knew what it was. I stopped on a news channel. I don't know which one - FOX, CNN. I stared and watched the news for what seemed like a very long time. The longer I watched, the sadder I got. Finally, I started to cry, then I started to sob. I fell to my knees and that is when I knew my true mission in life. I had to do something to save this world from self destruction. Wow, what a revelation and tall order.
I went through the next three days in the same confused state. I went aboutmy 'normal' routine (although normal is not really a word that describes me in any way). It was like everything I did was new even though it should be familiar. Every time I got in my car, I almost wrecked it. I couldn't drive. I was starting to get really worried that I had a brain tumor or something. (I know, a little over dramatic, but I don't do well with illness - it's always the worst case). On the third day, I was given the message to meditate again. In these three days, I watched a lot of TV, every spare moment was spent in front of some news channel. This isn't something I ever do, so that was out of the ordinary. The more I watched, the more I wanted to do something to help mankind. But what? I didn't know, so I dediced to meditate (or was told to).
I sat down in my Lazy Boy and thought that I should go talk to Merlin again. Maybe he would know the answer. I remembered to turn my phone off this time. Again, I focused on the back of my head, left my body, went backwards through the tunnel to the room in the castle. Merlin was waiting for me. "Welcome back", he said. "Thanks, we need to talk". I looked around the room, there was no one there but Merlin and me. He said, "now, come take your place". I walked to the table where the young man had stood and he said, "you have now completed your lessons. You are ready to become a Master Magician". That's when it hit me - and this was a big one. That young man and I traded places. He went to the future and lived his future life for three days while I stayed back, in the kingdom, I suppose. I don't know where I was - I have no memory of that. That last part of his lesson was to view his future life. But he did that by actually doing a body swap. I also realized that we were now in the same body, standing across the table looking at Merlin. I separated my future self from the young man and became two again. I wondered how we could do that if we were the same person. I was humbled and amazed. Merlin looked at me and held his hands out, palms up. A book materialized before my eyes. He said, "here, take this with you. It cannot be found here". I took the book.
I woke up in my chair and looked down. There was a book I had never seen before laying in my lap. I now knew how I was to accomplish my mission, how I was to impact and help every living thing on this planet. That is the story of how the book came to be.
I sat in my LazyBoy and I settled in for the trip. I focused all of my attention on the back of my head and then I stepped backward into a tunnel. How To Find A Mentor
Cocobannan asked: Any suggestions as to where to look, how to look, and what to be wary of? Also what do you know about apprenticeships, do they actually exist?
These are excellent questions and I want to take each one and offer my advice. Where to look: Most often, the mentor will find you – you do not find the mentor. Keep an open mind. It is important to know that a mentor is not a teacher; these are two different things. A mentor is a friend, a yogi, a shaman, a wise one, a master who will discuss important issues with you. A teacher is someone who will come into your life, usually temporarily, to show you something. An ex-spouse is a teacher (yes, it’s true. Ask yourself what you learned and you will have a long list). An event can be a teacher, the nasty clerk at the store can be a teacher. These people, places, things, animals are usually in our lives for a short time and then they leave. We remember them and what we learned. A mentor is a master who has longevity – one who has been here forever and will be here forever. A mentor lives in our hearts and we have known them since the beginning of time. A mentor relationship can feel like a teacher-teacher as well.
How to look: My mentors have always found me – this is how. I broadcast a signal. I say, outloud, I am ready for a mentor. I hold out my hands and visualize the globe and as I say that, I blow. Now, I also know that this reaches far into the dimensions – my mentors are not always from here. Human contact is important though and you should be specific and ask for that. One time I did this and I kept being drawn to a metaphysical bookstore. I thought I had the urge to go there because I was supposed to meet someone. You know how you just know you are going to meet someone? It is the best bookstore/gift store I have seen so I really enjoyed browsing. I could spend a very long time in that store and I did because I thought I was waiting for my mentor to show up. I thought that I was going to ‘bump’ into this person so I waited. Nothing happened. I went back a second time. The owner greeted me and told me to take my time. Little did she know that I was planning to do just that until my mentor showed up. After a very long time, I was questioning why I was there. As I browsed, I kept being drawn to a pendulum. I have never used pendulum’s. I never thought I needed one. I hear and see so clearly that it didn’t seem like a tool that would be necessary for me. Finally, I had to leave before I became a fixture in the store. Of course, I decided to buy several things – and one was a pendulum. That little pendulum has turned out to be the most inspiring, talkative and powerful tools I have ever had. It was exactly what I needed and called out for. Who knew? Of course, your mentor should be human. I am at a point in my growth now that I receive them in many forms, but at first – I had to have someone to talk to. Ask, and you will receive – it is that simple.
How to look: Research your interest, read everything you can find on the subject and find an expert in that field. Contact that expert and ask for information or if he/she will guide you in your journey. If no response, keep going and ask another. As you put yourself out there, you become a beacon and your mentor will spot you and come to you. Keep an open mind because what or who you think is probably not the one. It is almost always a surprise. I always tell people - expect nothing when it comes to this. You are not creating this, you are calling it to you.
What to be wary of: I’m glad you asked this because I almost included it in the first article. First – make sure your mentor is smarter than you. I’m not going to explain that, just think about it for a minute. Second, your mentor will not always agree with you and tell you that you are right. Third, a mentorship is a give-give relationship. You should feel energized after a session, not drained. You should also feel a soul connection with your mentor, as if you have known them on some level in some life. Part of my mentorship is exploring past lives to determine current strengths and gifts. A mentor is not a tutor, there is always a deeper connection.
What do I know about apprenticeships? I will have to write another article on this subject, because I have an interesting story to share about my personal experiences with apprenticeship.
Keep an open mind when it comes to your mentor. My human mentors include a yogi, shaman, CEO, wizard (witch), salesman. I usually have one human mentor in my life at any time, but I am telepathically connected with the others at all times. I have also established a very strong telepathic relationship with a magic man who I have never met in person. He is very powerful and gifted and when I called, he answered. We have had many discussions since and he has shared much wisdom.

Is There Really A Divine Order?
Is there a divine order to our lives? Is something out there coordinating what happens next in our lives or is it a series of amazing coincidences? I believe there is a divine order and I will tell you why. Years ago, I was asked to speak in front of a group. I was a complete failure. I was so scared, I couldn't stand. Although I had prepared what I would say, I couldn't remember a thing when I got up to speak. It was a horrible and embarrassing moment. I knew I was going to have to do more public speaking, so I joined a speaking group. This was a volunteer group that met weekly and there, I learned to speak with confidence and like a professional. I enjoyed my weekly meetings and was a regular, dedicated member at first. I started to get very busy and I didn't attend the meetings regularly, but I always had a passion for this organization. I would attend when I could and each time I did, I learned something new or I changed something about how I spoke.
I moved to another city and had an URGE to find one of these groups and join. I was speaking often now, mostly for the media, so I didn't know why I had this desire to find a group and practice my speaking. I also knew a contest was coming. Each year, this international organization held a speech contest for motivational speakers. I was being pushed to join a group and enter the contest. In the past, I had no desire to do contest speaking and I didn't know why it was so important now. I found a group that I loved and started to attend even though I didn't really have the time. I made it work. It worked out that this group had no members interested in entering the contest, so I volunteered. I become consumed with contest fever. I went to the first level of competition and I won. I went to the second level of competition and I won. I also won the third level of competition. At each level, the competition was harder and I was surprised, actually, that I kept winning. As I did though, I wanted the next contest even more. I was now totally obsessed with contest speaking and I just had to keep going. The next contest level was the district contest. This was the big one.
It was a big event in a hotel ballroom. There were break out sessions all day, followed by a formal dinner. After dinner, the contest was announced and I competed against 7 other excellent speakers. One of the other contestants, Joseph D. was one of the best speakers I had heard so far in the contest. I was shocked and happy when they announced MY name as the winner! This meant, that I was going to go to the next level and if I won that, I would compete at the world championship - the superbowl. I have to tell you that at every event, I knew that I would win. Now, that is the mindset a competitor should have before an event, but what I mean is that I knew I would win. As I flew to this next contest, I knew I would not win. I tried to shake that feeling, but I couldn't. I had also seemed to lose some of the fire, the passion. It was no surprise to me that I did not win.
I reflected on my competitive speaking experience and decided that the purpose was to push me to a new level of speaking. It took me out of speaking complacency and caused me to reach to become a better speaker. I decided that the whole experience was worth it, but that I would never do it again. It consumed almost all of my time.
I went back to attending the ocassional meeting and a year after the contest, I ran into someone who was still very much involved in the whole speech contest scene. He asked me if I had heard what happened. I said no. He said, "do you remember Joseph D.?" I said, "yes, I remember him from the contest". He said, "well, Joseph lives and breathes the contest. He spent his whole year and the years prior preparing for this speech contest. He thought he had it wrapped up and that he would be the winner. Then you showed up and won. Joseph went into a deep, deep depression after that. He was so depressed and couldn't get out of it so he finally sought medical help. The doctor took blood and ran a blood tests as a routine procedure and discovered that Joseph had a rare blood disease. This rare disease was treatable, and he got immediate treatment for it. But, had it not been discovered, it would have killed him in 6 months. Not only that, but it was a genetic disease. Joseph told the other members of his family and two of them also had this rare condition. They were all treated and they are all fine now". If Joseph hadn't got depressed and sought professional help, he and two other members of his family would be dead by now.
I was speechless when he told me this story. That explained everything - why I HAD to get in this contest, why I was so obsessed with it and why, after winning the contest against Joseph, my job was done. I had no idea, I was all ego and just thought I would try to be champion of the world. I cried when I heard the story, I couldn't help it. I was in complete wonder of how things happen. It was like a domino effect. There was an order to everything that happened - whether or not I recognize it. Every action I take affects something or somebody else, which causes another action and so on. Somehow, this is all divinely orchestrated. So the answer to the question is - yes - there is a divine order. But this brought up another question - do we really have free will? More on that subject later (surprised?)
Thanks for visiting.

Psychic - Are You? Use It Or Lose It?
Many people have asked me how to know if they are psychic. If they decide that they are psychic, the next question is, "if I don't use it, will I lose it?" My answer is - no, you will not lose it. You were born with the ability and you will always have it throughout your life. You can choose to make it more powerful and strengthen your clarity and accuracy by 'using' it. Using it means practicing every day. Every one of you has some ability that is more powerful than others. Some of you are strong in several areas. The way to anwer the first question, is to look at the following list of abilities of psychic abilities and decide which one(s) you are most drawn to. If you read it and say to yourself, "I can do that", then you can and you should develop it.
Psychic Abilities
E.S.P. Intuition. The inner perceiving from your higher mind. Acquiring wisdom without conscious reasoning.
Psychometry The art of divining the properties of an object or those associated with it. (Most people can do this if they concentrate).
Clairgustience This is when you can taste, smell or detect ectoplasm. Ectoplasm comes from within the body and is unversal substance.
Clairvoyance The power to see beyond the natural range of vision through and inner series of pictures.
Clairaudience The power to hear beyond the natural range of hearing. This is different than EVP.
Precognition The ability to perceive and to be shown the coming of future events (future events cast their shadow before hand).
Telepathy The ability to transmit and receive thought impressions from and to others.
Cryptesia The ability to receive messages in symbol or code and the ability to discern them.
X-Ray Vision The ability to see right into and through and beyond flesh, bone and body. You see with the inner eye.
You will recognize that you are already using some of these abilities. With meditation time each day and practice, you will manifest those gifts and qualities you wish to share. No effort here is ever wasted. If you want to know more about your abilities take the following steps:
1. Find a mentor in your area who you can meet with and discuss your progress and findings.
2. Keep a journal of your psychic activity. If you are working with Precognition, write down your predictions and share what you saw and recorded with your mentor.
3. Find everything you can on the subject and read it. Then write your own how to book as you develop your own methods.
