Creating Your Tomorrow - Start Now

Greetings. I missed talking with you. It's been a busy time for all, I know. Are you staying on top? Are you staying positive through all the stress and lists of things to do? It's not easy to do when you have to deal with the crowds, the road rage, the long lines... I can recommend something that will help get you through with hope and optimism. On a recent trip, I was given the task of writing down 100 goals for 2006. It wasn't easy to do - to come up with a 100 things. These goals are spiritual, mental, physical, career, family. I eventually wrote down 33 things and I struggled to get that many. I will add to the list as I think of new goals. What is the purpose of this exercise? Well, besides the obvious fact that in business, you need a target to aim for - there is a spiritual side to this as well (surprised?) That is - we create our tomorrows with every thought. The more power and energy you give to a thought, the more likely it is that this will become your reality. Starting the last half of this year, I began to write daily goals. Think about that for a minute. When you get up in the morning, do you have a plan of what you want to accomplish that day? This isn't just a wish - this is an actual amanifestation of your thoughts. I write down what I intend to manifest that day - and I am very specific. I can tell you now, that a day hasn't gone by that I haven't manifested what I wrote down in the morning. My biggest block was expecting too LITTLE. I had to teach myself to thinker bigger and to manifest more. By doing this little exercise, I learned how much I was limiting myself and my ability to achieve greater things in my career. Once I realized that and released the limitations, I was able to write down (ridiculously high) goals and I achieved them. Dream big, manifest big. Get it down in writing. Say it out loud. Focus on it as you drive to work. KNOW that it will happen, and it will. Get a post-it pad and a magic marker. Keep it in your bathroom. Before you leave in the morning, write down your goals for that day. Stick the post-it note on your mirror and look at it as you get ready.

What's the purpose of all this? It's focus. Focus and concentration is what you learn in meditation. Most of you don't meditate. This is another way for you to learn how to focus. Once you can train yourself to do this, you will put energy into your thought. This energy will gather power and eventually manifest into shape and form in 3d. The more you can focus, the faster this will happen.
